Happy yaoi day!!!

Hello again friends! This blog is becoming fortnightly rather than weekly haha. Life has been fun recently. I did get sick with a nasty cold for a week which sucked, but once I recovered, I got straight back into it! On the 22nd I attended a double birthday party between me and my friend Molly who turned 25. I made a hilarious cake of Towa from Slow Damage and basically nobody ate it because it turned out awful lmaooo. I was still pretty sick at the time, so I totally messed up the cake (and going to the party meant I had to stay in bed another day rippp). Following this, when I was much less sick, I went to see the Barbie movie with my local lolita community. The movie was AWESOME!!! So beautiful, I teared up a lil at the end. I took my Happy Birthday Barbie with me to watch the movie. It felt nice to wear lolita for the first time in a while.

A week later I went to a horror movie night at Serena's house. We watched Birdemic, Psycho Gore Man Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey and American Mary in that order. My favourite movie of the night was American Mary. I should make a movie page so I can put that movie on it because I really liked it. I also wanna get myself to watch more movies, so making a page for it might inspire me. My close 2nd favourite was Psycho Gore Man which I reccommend to anyone. It's so funny. The guys who made that were massively obvious Warhammer fans. Birdemic was silly and fun to have on in the background. Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey was total dogshit and wasn't enjoyable even ironically. No matter what, it's fun to watch movies with friends. We ordered pizza and we all ordered pudding cups and snuggled up in blankets!

Yesterday I got gel nails for the first time!! A friend is doing a beauty course at the local uni, and she needs people to practise on for assignments. So I get free nail appointments all semester!!! This appointments task was glitter gels, but next time the task is nail art. I'm thinking I might get a pink criss cross pattern, or maybe little strawberries hehehe. Today I went out grocery and op shopping with my mum and Evelyn. I tried taro milk tea with brown sugar tapioca for the first time. Suuuper yummy!! We planned out a lot of fun meals for the next fortnight. I'm enjoying meal planning. This weekend I'm finally making my way to an anime convention. It's a crappy local one, but it's better than nothing. I also might be going to a private burlesque show this weekend, but that's a little up in the air right now.

In terms of media I still haven't finished Bardo's route in Lamento I'm so slowwww!!!! I keep wasting my time reading Nu: Carnival fanfic and wtching kawaii youtube vlogs and hauls instead of consuming actually meaningful media I did manage to get my Ryo Asuka fanlisting: One Last Time... finally up though!! I also put up a page advertising letter exchanges on my website!! Please do check it out if you're interested. I have a lot more projects in the works, please look forward to it!!
It seems like soon I will be finding employment with Evelyn's dad which I really look forward to. When I get the job, I want to order a pink 3DS to mod so I can play all the games I always wanted to play as a kid! Life continues onwards. Things are good.
